FPG, the nation’s fastest growing sales training company, is excited to announce it has won two honors for sales excellence at the 2019 Stevie Awards, representing the sixth and seventh Stevie Awards for FPG in just the last six years.

FPG earned two awards at the Stevie Award gala on Friday, one each for the Executive Playbook leadership program it rolled out in 2018, and for the sales process it implemented for selling prospects in 2018.

The awards come on the heels of the 2018 Stevie Award FPG won for Service Unleashed, the game-changing customer service program developed in partnership with customer service expert Chip Bell. Each of FPG’s core programs has now won awards for training excellence.

“We couldn’t be prouder to share these awards not just with each of our employees, but with our incredible clients as well,” said FPG CEO Jason Forrest. “Our clients are constantly focused on pushing themselves to be better, and that drive for excellence pushes us at FPG to continue to innovate and be leading edge for them. These awards are a testament to all that work we’ve put in to create solutions for our clients that help them exceed their sales and leadership goals.”

The Executive Playbook

The Executive Playbook focuses on the 5 researched, profit-driving factors of a successful team culture: Efficacy, Goals, Approach, Relationships, Altruism. Over the course of the in-depth video lessons, each factor includes three distinct leadership styles that guide growth and form the backbone of the program.

With targeted one-on-one coaching directly following the lessons, it allows leaders to step back and take an objective look at their own beliefs and mindset about those factors, and how their programming affects the results of the people they lead.

There is currently a noticeable lack of assessment-based leadership programs in the market that focus on the lasting, profit-driving behavior change behind leaders’ actions, not just the actions themselves. A recent Gallup poll found that only 15% of employees are fully engaged at work, and yet another Gallup study found that 59% of Millennials, 44% of GenXers and 41% of Baby Boomers are actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow at work.

Based on that research as well as proprietary client research, FPG underwent an extensive period of analysis, exploration and inquiry over a period of years as the basis for the formal development of the program. The result is hours of customized, targeted training for leaders so they can increase their results and, most importantly, grow more leaders for their team and the company at large.
