FPG is proud to announce it has won bronze at the 2018 Stevie Awardsbanquet for its Service Unleashed program. The award represents the fifth Stevie FPG has won for training excellence in just the last five years.

FPG’s Service Unleashed was chosen as an award-winner from a field of more than 2,500 nominations from organizations in 41 nations.

Service Unleashed was born out of a desire to pair our Stevie-award winning sales and leadership programs with a service program to help the customer experience rise in lockstep with increasing sales. Experiential study revealed a swift rise in sales often brought about a decline in customer service when left unattended, which was part of the design of Service Unleashed; to increase the customer service component alongside sales gains.

Rolled out in the second half of 2016, Service Unleashed is a multi-tiered training program that includes weekly hands-on coaching calls from our team of expert trainers.

The program was designed in partnership with Chip Bell, a keynote speaker and bestselling author of more than 20 books on customer service and business. Bell has decades of experience consulting with dozens of companies on customer service-related issues, including Microsoft, General Electric and State Farm. Bell was recently named by Global Gurus as the No. 1 customer service professional in North America for 2018.

In conjunction with FPG, Bell brought his deep well of experience to the table to help clients increase their ability to reach customers in innovative, functional and productive ways. This not only helps the bottom line but is something we believe is fundamentally ethical practice as well.

The value of the program is also in its industry relevancy. FPG’s in-house film studio has allowed us to pivot to topical service lessons relevant to the client and create a custom, bespoke materials through our Growth Café website that speak directly to the problems or relevant issues at hand.

As the program continues to grow in year two, FPG’s Service Unleashed suite of resources is already proving to be a tremendous success with our clients.

The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards.  They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.  In short order the Stevie has become one of the world’s most coveted prizes.
