FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 9, 2017 — Forrest Performance Group (FPG), a leading edge training company that powers corporate and individual breakthroughs, is pleased to announce it has been named a Best Company to Work For in Fort Worth by FW Inc. Magazine for the second consecutive year.

“This award is a testament to our team’s dedication to modeling what a true people-first company culture can achieve,” said Jason Forrest, FPG’s CEO and Chief Culture Officer. “It’s also a testament to our clients, who motivate us every day. Their fearlessness in proving that the most meaningful kind of growth comes with a thriving company culture is worth celebrating. We’re honored to be a part of this list for the second year in a row.”

FPG, which enjoyed record growth over the past year, landed at No. 8 on the 17-company list of small and medium business winners out of the hundreds of companies in greater Fort Worth. Among the reasons listed, FPG was selected because of things like the Friday “I’m Freakin’ Awesome Happy Hour,” employee outings, a generous benefits package and the company’s rapid growth.

FPG has now been included in the list for two consecutive years. In 2016, the first year of the award, FPG landed at No. 6 among small businesses out of a field of eight. FPG is one of just seven companies to make the list both years.

The award honors the best workplace cultures in Fort Worth by using a global, independent research firm to gather data, analyze it and produce a list of 25 finalists, up from 16 in 2016. The survey considers both benefits and policies as well as employee engagement and satisfaction, areas where FPG has consistently been scored not only among the best in Fort Worth, but the best in the country by Inc. Magazine as well.
