Dallas, TX October 2, 2016—Forrest Performance Group (FPG), the global leader and designer of sales training programs, announced today a new educational program in partnership with customer service expert, Chip Bell. The program called, Service Unleashed, will focus on enhancing customer experience and will fuse FPG’s sales training tactics with Bell’s customer service lessons.

This engaging program will equip participants with the skills they need to create a world-renowned organization by teaching specific strategies and techniques on how to enhance customer experience. The program will include training courses built around proven techniques, behavioral strategies, and practical tools. Each course consists of an on-site full-day seminar followed by 13 weeks of participant webinars with study guides, online learning group huddles and coaching calls.

Chip Bell has helped many Fortune 100 companies dramatically enhance their bottom lines and marketplace reputation through innovative customer-centric strategies that address the needs of today’s picky, fickle, vocal and “all about me” customers. The program will be co-lead by FPG’s certified coach, Jamey Lutz.
